Q: What's the difference between ArbAlarm and the TraderZone?
The previous version of ArbAlarm was a Windows program which displayed live arbitrage information with limited functionality. The new TraderZone provides a trading environment into which a significantly updated version of ArbAlarm fits as one of several trading tools. In the TraderZone, the data provided by ArbAlarm can now be manipulated to provide you with new ways to trade.

Examples:
* As well as displaying the bets that are involved in a sports arbitrage trade, the TraderZone is able to show you a list of the next best prices on each player/team. This provides you with a greatly enhanced ability to hedge your trades.
* During peak times, the number of available sports arbitrage trades can be overwhelming. The TraderZone provides you with seperate windows in which you can choose to display lists such as 'Latest Arbs', 'Highest profit Arbs'
* The layout of the TraderZone allows a convenient way to display Middles trades without distracting you from the sports arbitrage trades which are displayed in their own windows
* The TraderZone allows you to list all bookmakers from whom you have received bonuses. Then, in a window dedicated specifically to these trades, the TraderZone will display all arbitrage and break-even trades which involve at least one of those bookmakers. This way you are guaranteed to be able to turnover your bonuses quickly and with minimum effort. This feature alone will greatly enhance your profitability as it transforms bonus-scalping from a haphazard activity to a systematic income-generator.
Q: What are beta particpants required to do?
The beta test has been completed successfully. However, you may use the registration form below to sign up for a free trial of the TraderZone. You'll receive immediate access to our software, videos & guides.
Q: How much does the TraderZone cost?
During your trial, the TraderZone is free. If you wish you continue using it after your trial, you'll be able to choose from a number of subscription options which start from £97/month.
Q: How long will the free beta last?
The Beta started on 14th June 2009 and ended on 31st July 2009.
Q: How will my feedback be used?
We consider the TraderZone to be a work-in-motion and we're constantly working at improving it. Your feedback as a trialist and/or subscriber is extremely important to us. The way we use your feedback depends on its type:
- Bug reports
- Feature requests
If you encounter any bugs in the software and report them, we will give top priority to fixing them
If you send us a request for a new feature or for a current feature to be enhanced or modified in some way, we'll add your request to our list. As other users make similar requests, we'll sort the list by giving priority to the features that are most requested.
The top 5 requests will be actioned with immediate priority, after bug-fixing. All of the other requests will be listed in a special feedback area of the TraderZone. All users will have access to this area and they will be able to vote on which features they would like to see implemented first. We will then add new features according to these votes.
Our hope is that this method will result in a product which meets your expectations and which will evolve in the way you want it to over time.
Q: How do I provide feedback?
It's very simple. When you are logged into the TraderZone just look to your left sidepanel for the 2 buttons 'Report A Bug' and "Request A Feature'. Simply press the appropriate one, fill out the form which appears and submit it. The more details you provide us with the faster & more accurately we'll be able to take action on what you tell us.
Q: What are the system requirements for the TraderZone?
The TraderZone can be used on any Windows, Mac OS or Linux computer:
- Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later or Safari 1.3 or later
and an internet connection.
Q: Is the TraderZone secure?
Yes. All of the data within the TraderZone is encypted using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
